• Integration with accounting systems and payment gateways
• Partner agency handoff for formal debt collection

We do not provide legal, financial, or accounting advice. Our service is a tool to help you manage your accounts receivable more efficiently.

To use collect.ac, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLECT.AC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to our systems
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any loss or damage of user data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by collect.ac and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data, except for the limited license needed to provide the service to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which collect.ac is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
